Immune & Uptake Assays

Antibody Binding Efficiency
Quantifies surface-bound antibody fluorescence per cell across concentrations to compare antibody clones, isotypes, or conjugation strategies.

Endocytosis & Peptide Uptake
Quantifies cellular uptake of fluorescently labeled compounds across concentrations.

NET Analysis
Detects and quantifies neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) by measuring the expanded DNA/protein meshwork released from activated neutrophils.

Neutralisation Assay
Quantifies the ability of antibodies to block pathogen infection by scoring infected vs uninfected cells across antibody concentrations.

Phagocytosis
Quantifies the engulfment of prey particles by phagocytic cells.

Viral Internalization
Quantifies viral particle uptake by host cells, analogous to phagocytosis.
Cell Health & Morphology

Apoptosis (Annexin V / PI)
Classifies cells into viable, early apoptotic, late apoptotic, and necrotic populations using dual-marker staining and quadrant gating.

Blood Cell Classification
Classifies blood cell types using nuclear and cytoplasmic markers with interactive scatter plot gating, analogous to flow cytometry but with spatial context preserved.

BrdU/EdU Proliferation
Measures the fraction of cells actively synthesizing DNA using nucleotide analog incorporation.

Cell Counting & Viability
Counts total cells and classifies them as live or dead based on marker intensity, providing the most fundamental readout for toxicity and dose-response experiments.

Cell Cycle Analysis
Categorizes cells into G0/G1, S/G2, and M phases using cell morphology and DNA stain intensity, preserving spatial context unlike flow cytometry.

Cell Morphology & Phenotypic Profiling
Measures the size, shape, and fluorescence intensity of individual cells across multiple markers.

Multi-Nuclei Detection
Identifies multinucleated cells within a population for downstream analysis or targeted re-acquisition at higher magnification.

Multiplex Imaging Analysis
Simultaneously quantifies multiple markers across four or more channels on a per-cell basis for multi-parametric phenotyping.

Stem Cell Lineage & Differentiation QC
Quantifies differentiation efficiency by measuring the fraction of cells expressing lineage-specific markers.

Transfection Efficiency
Quantifies the fraction of cells expressing one or more transfected constructs.
Autophagy & Vesicle Trafficking

Autophagy & Mitophagy Flux
Detects and quantifies autophagic puncta per cell, with optional ratiometric classification of puncta maturation state.

Biomolecular Condensates & Phase Separation
Quantifies the formation, size, and intensity of liquid-liquid phase-separated condensates in cells.

Lysosomal pH Activity
Quantifies lysosomal activity by combining a lysosomal marker with a pH-sensitive dye to score the fraction of acidic lysosomes per cell.
DNA Damage & Senescence

Cellular Senescence (SA-β-gal) & Morphometry
Identifies senescent cells and characterizes their phenotypic features including enlarged morphology, SA-β-gal positivity, and DNA damage markers.

Cytosolic Nucleic Acid Sensing (Innate Immunity)
Detects cytoplasmic DNA or cGAS/STING puncta as markers of innate immune activation.

DNA Damage & Genotoxicity (Foci)
Quantifies DNA double-strand break burden by counting damage-response foci per nucleus.
Protein Localization & Colocalization

Membrane Receptor Binding
Quantifies agonist or antibody binding to membrane-localized receptors by isolating membrane signal from cytoplasmic background.

Nuclear Translocation
Measures the redistribution of a protein between nucleus and cytoplasm in response to a stimulus (e.g., YAP, NF-κB, FOXO, p65).

Protein Co-localization & Co-expression
Determines whether two proteins or markers occupy the same cellular regions, using pixel-level correlation within each cell. Used to assess receptor-ligand interactions, organelle contact sites, pathway co-activation, and drug target engagement.
Puncta, Foci & Sub-Object Analysis

Multi-Marker Foci Association
Detects puncta in two channels independently and scores their association per cell via count-based colocalization. Used to determine whether foci of one type co-occur with foci of another type within the same cells.

Spot & Foci Detection
Detects, counts, and measures small bright puncta within cells. This is a general-purpose capability that underlies many specific biological assays including DNA damage, RNA quantification, and organelle analysis.

Sub-Object Quantification
Counts and measures smaller objects contained within larger parent objects, then aggregates statistics per parent. This enables quantification of organelles per cell, inclusions per nucleus, or vesicles per compartment.
