Frequently Asked Questions
One analysis credit lets you perform a complete analysis run on a dataset. A single dataset can be one high-resolution image or a collection of images, such as a multi-well plate or a tiled scan. Once an analysis is run, you can explore the data, adjust gates, and export results as much as you like without using another credit. Fair usage limits apply.
Yes. All plans, including the Free plan, come with secure, private storage for your data. We believe data privacy is essential for all researchers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is stored in a secure, GDPR-compliant cloud infrastructure.
Your unused monthly credits will roll over for one additional month. For example, if you have 3 credits left at the end of April from your monthly allotment, they will be available for you to use until the end of May.
If you run out of your monthly credits, you can upgrade your plan or add more credits from your account settings and get immediate access to continue your analysis.
Cytely supports a wide range of standard microscopy formats, including TIFF, OME-TIFF, ND2 (Nikon), CZI (Zeiss), LIF (Leica), VSI (Evident/Olympus), and more. If you have a question about a specific format, please contact our support team.
