Oncology drug screening is iterative by nature. Compounds get tested, refined, and re-tested. The team that gets proliferation data back the same day runs the next iteration tomorrow. The team that waits two days for manual counting loses two days of discovery.
How the assay runs
Segment nuclei from DAPI → measure EdU channel intensity per nucleus → classify positive/negative by intensity gating.
What you provide
- Ch1: DAPI or Hoechst (total nuclei)
- Ch2: EdU Click-iT or BrdU IF signal
What you get
- % EdU-positive cells (proliferation index)
- EdU intensity per nucleus
- % Ki67-positive cells (marker-based proliferation index)
- Total cell count
Ready to run
EdU Click-iT, BrdU IF, Ki67 / Ki-67 proliferation index (% Ki67-positive nuclei), PCNA, EdU + additional marker (e.g., Ki67, cell-type marker in Ch3-4).
