Scientific Customer Success Manager

Location: Lund, Sweden

About the Role

We are looking for a scientist with strong microscopy and image analysis expertise to ensure our existing customers thrive on Cytely’s platform. You will support users after onboarding, helping them gain maximum value, designing additional analysis pipelines where needed, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and renewal. While the role is primarily focused on customer success, it will also include light prospecting and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers after onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption and satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine analysis workflows tailored to ongoing customer projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to maintain strong relationships and drive renewals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Occasionally qualify new leads and support early-stage discussions.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in biomedical sciences or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with microscopy workflows and image analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Flexible mindset to contribute to both post-sales and occasional pre-sales activities.
