Cytely is the operating system for complex digital instrumentation. Modern laboratory instruments generate enormous, high-dimensional data streams, and the competence needed to turn that data into decisions sits with a handful of specialists in any organisation. We capture that competence as software that non-specialists can run themselves, and we are instrument-agnostic by design.
We spun out of Lund University, are venture-backed, and operate from Lund and Singapore. Our customers are enterprise biotech and pharma across Europe, the US and Asia.
The Role
You will own the internal machinery of the company: finance, legal, compliance and internal operations, across both jurisdictions, end to end.
You will not own customers, product, marketing or fundraising. Those sit with the CEO, the CTO and the commercial leads. This is a defined function with a real perimeter, not a chief of staff role and not a deputy CEO role.
You report to the CEO, sit on the executive team and present to the board.

求めるもの
必須要件
- 10+ years across finance, legal or corporate operations, with at least one senior role owning more than one of those functions
- Direct experience of a fundraise, M&A or exit from the operating side
- Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction experience; Nordic statutory experience strongly preferred
- Fluent English

- Swedish or another Nordic language is a significant advantage
- Big Four or audit background
